Hevron Shmura Matzos are hand made for the sole purpose of fulfilling the mitzvah of Matza. They are closely watched from the time of harvesting and are baked right before Pesach to ensure quality, good taste and freshness. The Matzos are baked by God fearing Yeshiva students under the recommendation of Rav Mordechai Eliyahu.
